How long will it take to receive my order?
Every item we sell is made by hand and we only have so many hands, so it can take up to 21 days to get your shipment. It's very seldom going to take that long but we'd rather be safe than sorry, so if you're expecting it in 21 days you will very likely have a pleasant surprise when it arrives earlier than that. Our items are shipped from Canada so if you live a very long way from us here, that and your country's border customs may also have an effect on delivery times.

What if my machine head isn't listed? Will I get the right sized tuning peg?
The drop down selector that allows you to choose from a variety of different machine heads allows us to ship you the tightest fitting peg but we still ship an epoxy sizing kit with every order. The sizing kit ensures that your pegs will not buzz.

Can I get my item gift wrapped?
Every order is shipped in a beautiful flame branded wooden gift box.

Can I return an item if I'm not happy?

How do I clean my silver items?
The best way to clean is by purchasing a jewellery polishing cloth and gently rub the item with the cloth. In a pinch, tooth paste or baking soda will work as well.

Can you engrave my item?
Yes we can. Contact us through our customer service page and we can discuss the particulars.

I don't know my fingersize, what do I do?
If you possibly can, go to your local jeweller and get them to measure your finger. If you can't do that, you can get a pretty good estimate of your size by downloading and printing our ring size estimator.
